All orders are shipped through reliable courier services, and we strongly recommend not accepting any package if it appears damaged or the seal is broken.
Received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, follow these simple steps within 7 working days of delivery:

Contact us and provide clear pictures of the product along with a valid reason for the claim via WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, or Messenger.

Take the shipping label we provide, attach it to the package, and return it to the designated address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund accordingly.
Exchange Policy

The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories.

Slight color variations due to screen resolution or lighting differences will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the order. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

Items used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for exchange.

No additional cost is charged for an exchange. However, the replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
Return & Refund Process

Ensure to mention your order ID when submitting a request. Our team will respond within 48 hours to guide you through the process.

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or stained do not qualify for a return or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly sent. In such cases, the shipping fee will be reimbursed.
